U.S. key account development

Build a credible path through complex buying organizations.

What the work addresses

An enterprise opportunity often involves several decisions before a purchase can happen. Riddy Group helps organize commercial account development for international products around buyer roles, operating needs, evidence requests, and the next practical step.

Understand the account before the pitch

Define the application, current approach, probable user, technical reviewer, and commercial sponsor. An account plan should explain why the product may matter to that organization. It should also acknowledge what is not yet known, including budget ownership and the process for approving an evaluation.

Give each conversation a purpose

Early outreach tests relevance. A technical discussion establishes which evidence is missing. A pilot proposal defines an evaluation. A commercial discussion addresses scope, pricing, delivery, and support. Tracking these as separate steps prevents an introductory meeting from being treated as an advanced sales opportunity.

Keep the manufacturer close to the process

Complex questions need accurate answers from the people responsible for the product. Agree an escalation contact and how requested information will be reviewed before sharing. Product claims, delivery dates, and support promises must remain consistent across presentations, proposals, and buyer conversations.

Does Riddy Group promise access to specific executives?

No. Account development depends on relevance, outreach, response, and the buyer's process. We do not claim guaranteed introductions, an existing relationship with an unverified account, or assured procurement outcomes.

Scope the engagement

The product, evidence available, manufacturer support, and buyer process determine the appropriate scope. An introductory discussion does not establish a partnership or commit either party to a launch. Responsibilities, deliverables, commercial terms, and any specialist work are agreed separately.
