Scope

This notice covers the Riddy Group website and its business inquiry forms. It does not cover independent websites linked from these pages.

Website operator and processing

This website is operated by Riddy Group at 664 Tamarack Avenue, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Active inquiries are received through Cloudflare and stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. Inquiry details are also sent through Resend to our business email inbox so we can evaluate and respond to your request. Hosting may process technical request information, including IP addresses and security logs. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

Access and retention

Inquiry records are available to authorized business personnel and the hosting provider as needed to operate the service. Website inquiry records expire after 90 days. Deletion runs during subsequent website activity, so expired records may remain stored until that cleanup runs. Copies delivered to our business inbox are retained as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain business correspondence. Any later business relationship is documented separately. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information requested

Manufacturer inquiries request business contact details, company information, product descriptions, current markets, U.S. activity, certifications, manufacturing readiness, and proposed partnership objectives. Buyer and partner inquiries request organizational details, business contact information, product interests, geography, and a message. Phone numbers and referral information are optional.

Purpose

Information submitted through an active inquiry form is used to evaluate business fit, respond to the inquiry, identify follow-up questions, and maintain a record of the conversation. A submission is not a request to join a marketing mailing list.

Sensitive and confidential information

Do not submit patient or health information, passwords, financial account details, private contracts, or trade secrets. An initial inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Any exchange of sensitive commercial documents should be arranged separately.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not install advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. It does not save inquiry drafts in browser storage. If optional analytics or other tracking tools are introduced, this notice and any necessary controls must be updated before those tools are enabled.

Links to Golden Empire USA, Instagram, and other independent resources lead to services with their own privacy practices. Riddy Group does not control those services.
