U.S. pilot launch coordination

Turn a promising opportunity into a defined commercial test.

What the work addresses

A pilot should answer a decision that matters to the manufacturer and the buyer. Riddy Group helps shape the commercial scope, responsibilities, evidence milestones, and review process for a focused U.S. evaluation. Product readiness and any required specialist review come before launch commitments.

Define what the pilot will prove

Start with a specific application, participant, site, and success measure. Agree how the current process will be compared with the proposed product, who will record observations, and who will decide what happens next. Commercial and technical questions may require different measures and different owners.

Make delivery responsibilities explicit

A sample arriving at a site is not an operating plan. Identify responsibility for shipping, receipt, installation where applicable, user training, consumables, technical support, warranty escalation, and removal or return. The manufacturer must be able to support the commitments made to the pilot participant.

Give the evaluation an endpoint

Define review dates, acceptable evidence, and conditions for continuing, changing, or stopping. The right duration depends on the product and buyer process. A pilot can reveal that the product works while the economics or support model still need revision; that is a useful finding, not a reason to assume commercial scale is ready.

Is every pilot a 90-day project?

No. A review window is selected around the evidence needed and the participant's operating process. Safety, procurement, regulatory work, or observation requirements may change the schedule. A target date is not a promise of readiness.

Scope the engagement

The product, evidence available, manufacturer support, and buyer process determine the appropriate scope. An introductory discussion does not establish a partnership or commit either party to a launch. Responsibilities, deliverables, commercial terms, and any specialist work are agreed separately.
