An operator’s perspective on market entry.
Zahi Mandlawi founded Riddy Group to help proven international manufacturers build a practical path into the United States. He brings the perspective of a business owner responsible for winning customers, coordinating partners, and turning commercial commitments into delivered work.
His experience spans business development, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Earlier work in the wound-care sector, including work with Medicare Part B patient populations, also shaped his interest in healthcare. At Riddy Group, his role is commercial: evaluate the opportunity, bring the right people together, and organize the work required to move forward.
Why Riddy Group
A proven product still needs a defined buyer, a workable route to market, and dependable local execution. Zahi built Riddy Group around that challenge: assess the opportunity carefully, establish the commercial relationship, and validate demand through a focused pilot before committing to expansion.
Experience built in an operating business
Zahi owns Golden Empire USA, an established California construction and home-improvement business. That operating experience covers customer acquisition, contracts, vendor coordination, field operations, and project delivery. It informs Riddy Group’s focus on practical economics and accountable execution.
